Open Outlook Express and select Tools > Accounts... :-
On the next screen click Add and then Mail:-
You will then get the screen below:-
Enter your name in Display name.
Press Next:-
Enter your email address (you@yourdomain.co.uk) in E-mail address, see above.
Press Next :-
Ensure incoming mail server is set to POP3.
Enter your domain name(www.yourdomain.co.uk) in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server, as shown above.
Enter your domain name(As per your ISP) in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, as shown above.
Press Next :-
Enter your email address (you@yourdomain.co.uk) in Account name, see above. Check the Remember password box.
Ensure the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) box is unchecked
Press Next :-
Click Finish and your account should be ready to use.
