Enter your name in Full Name. Enter your email address (you@yourdomain.co.uk) in E-main Adrress and Reply-To.
Enter info about your Organisation - if you want to (optional) .
Click Forward :-
Click on the drop down menu called Server Type and select IMAP.
Enter smtp.gmail.com in Server. Ensure Server Type is IMAP.
Ensure Use Secure Connection is set to TLS encryption.
Ensure Authentication Type is set o plain.
Enter your email address in Username (you@yourdomain.co.uk).
Press Forward :-
Enter a name into Name that you wish the email account to be know by.
Press Forward :-
Select the time zone you wish to be in.
Press Forward :-
