Open Windows Mail and select Tools > Account... :-

Select Add... :-



Either double click on E-mail Account
or highlight E-mail Account and press Next :-

Enter a Display Name, the name you would like to be known as.
Press Next

Enter your email address (you@yourdomain.co.uk), as shown above.
Press Next :-

Select POP from the Incoming e-mail server type dropdown
Enter pop.gmail.com into Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server.
Enter
smtp.gmail.com into Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name.
Check the box - Outgoing server requires authentication
Press Next :-

Enter your email address (you@yourdomain.co.uk) as E-mail usename.
Enter your Password given to you by Coll Digital and tick the Remember Password box.
Press Next.

Check the box Do not downlaod my e-mail at this time and then press Finish.
This wil take you to the next screen:-

On the Internet Accounts screen, make sure that your pop.gmail.com mail account is selected, and click the Properties button.

On the next screen select the Advanced tab:-

Enter 465 in the in the box next to Outgoing mail (SMTP), and check the box next to This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL).
Check the box next to This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) under Incoming mail (POP3). The box next to Incoming mail (POP3) should automatically update to 995.

You may now send and receive mail.
